Arts and Culture

Arts and culture is alive and well in the Municipality of Kincardine.

With live theatre throughout the year, galleries, outdoor murals, public art pieces, museums and more, there's an abundance of creativity ready to inspire you.

For performances and events, make sure you visit our Community Events Calendar regularly.

Murals and Public Art

An eclectic array of murals and public art pieces decorate our communities.

Brilliant murals celebrating our history like the sweeping Allen C. Hilgendorf piece in Tiverton or honouring Canadians who have made an impact on our lives via the Phillip Saunders Afrocentric series at the Davidson Centre in Kincardine are just a few examples of the Instagram-worthy backdrops here.

Discover more with our Kincardine Art Walks, an online Interactive Maps and Photo Collection.

Walking and Driving Tours

Our self-guided tours are perfect for you to discover the culture and heritage of our communities at your own pace.

Printed copies of the tours are available at the Welcome Centre at 707 Queen Street during the summer season and at the Municipal Administration Centre at 1475 Concession 5 all year long. You can also use the digital versions linked below.
