Freedom of Information

The Municipality of Kincardine provides as much information as possible to the public while keeping personal and protected information private. The Municipality must follow the rules set out in the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act .

You must submit a Request Form along with a $5.00 fee if you would like:

• Access general records of the Municipality of Kincardine
• Access or correction of your own personal information collected by the Municipality of Kincardine

There may be additional fees for photocopies, search time, record preparation, etc.
