Highlights from the meeting include:

Supply and Delivery of 3 Pick-up Trucks Report

The 2025 Fleet Capital Budget includes the acquisition of two half-ton pickup trucks and a third vehicle was added due to a recent insurance claim. Council awarded contract OPS RFT 2025-02 to Finch Auto Group.

Bridge Structure 2121 Replacement Report

The 2025 Capital Budget includes Project No. 9110 for the replacement of bridge structure 2121 on Concession 5. Council awarded the tender for Project 9110 - 2121 Structure Replacement to Roubos Farm Service Ltd.

Record Digitization Policies Report

Council approved a new Record Digitization Policy and an updated Records Management Policy. Records digitization and management is a vital component of the operations of the Municipality. These policies ensure accuracy, transparency and accountability to legislative requirements for records management and record digitization projects. Digitization helps preserve records before deterioration or accidental damage and facilitates greater collaboration across geographical distances.
