Business for Which the Special Meeting is Called

The Special Meeting was called to discuss the 2024 Municipal Budget, Pre-Budget Approval for the Tiverton Splash Pad and a Closed Session item regarding negotiations with the Kincardine Family Health Organization.

Tiverton Lions Splash Pad - Pre Budget-Approval

Council provided pre budget approval of $300,000 for the Tiverton Splash Pad to come from funds raised by the Tiverton Lions Club in order to proceed with the issuance of an RFP.

Closed Session

The Mayor reported that Council moved into closed session pursuant to Section 239 (2) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended for the purpose of considering negotiations with the Kincardine Family Health Organization.
