Facility and Program Updates - March 2, 2025 - 9 a.m.

Good morning! Things settled down significantly overnight and we're looking at a whole new day weather-wise this morning, Sunday, March 2nd, 2025. Here's an update as of 9 a.m.:

🟢 The Davidson Centre is opening at 10 a.m. with access to the arena, health club, and walking track.

🟢 The pool at the Davidson Centre will open for the public swim at 2 p.m.

🟢 Scheduled programming and activities at the Davidson Centre will resume at noon.

🟢 The Tiverton Sports Centre will open at 10 a.m.

Even though the weather has improved, if you choose to travel today: 
➡️ keep your vehicle cleared of snow, especially the headlights and taillights
➡️ turn on your vehicle's lighting system - auto lights don't turn on your rear lights, so you need to actually turn them on to help your vehicle to be seen from behind
➡️ keep your speed down - if you see snow, go slow
➡️ be patient and give plow operators room to do their work
