Celebrating the Season at the Mayor's Levée

KINCARDINE, ON – December is a celebratory month around the world, honouring different cultural holidays and traditions. Adding to the festivities is the upcoming Mayor’s Levée, giving everyone a chance to gather for family-friendly fun and fellowship at Kincardine’s Davidson Centre.

“The holiday season is about good cheer and togetherness,” said Mayor Craig. “It’s a time to remember that we’re better together, and that’s what this afternoon celebration is all about.”

From 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, December 31^st, families are invited to join Mayor Craig to celebrate the last day of 2023 and welcome 2024 with the Municipality of Kincardine sponsoring activities including:

• Public Swimming
• Public Skating
• Drop-in Gym
• Crafts

The Municipality of Kincardine also have a holiday recreation schedule available for those interested in activities available throughout the holiday break along with the opportunity for kids to participate in Winter Break Camp from January 2^nd to the 5^th. Details for both are available online at www.kincardine.ca/Holidays2023 along with information about closures and service interruptions for the holiday season.
