KINCARDINE, ON – The Municipality of Kincardine is getting ready to kick off the summer with the new “Always Welcome” event on Saturday, June 1st, 2024.

The event officially opens the summer season for the Welcome Centre at 707 Queen Street in the Kincardine Centre for the Arts and features activities throughout the day and early evening. Everyone is welcome to join the fun in Victoria Park in lakeside downtown Kincardine for a day packed with fun for the whole community.

Starting at 10 a.m. and running through to sunset, immerse yourself in a variety of activities celebrating our vibrant community. From an Indigenous Learning Circle to a youth talent showcase with Boiler Beach, there’s something for everyone!

Don’t miss out on community yoga, interactive displays, henna tattoos, mouth-watering food vendors, a showcase of our community organizations, and tons of family-friendly fun throughout the day. The grand finale features a performance by the incredible Kincardine Scottish Pipe Band at 8 p.m.

Admission is free, so mark your calendar for June 1st to join us for a taste of summer in the Municipality of Kincardine. Don’t forget to bring your lawn chair!
