Municipal closures and cancellations due to weather - December 5th, 2024

***UPDATE as of 10 p.m. Thursday, December 5th, 2024

Due to the winter storm and Highway 21 remaining closed at this time (10 p.m. on December 5th, 2024) along with the forecasted conditions, there will be some operating changes to start the day tomorrow, Friday, December 6th, 2024. 

We will continue to monitor weather and conditions and provide further updates in the morning, but until then, for Friday, December 6th, 2024:

➡️ The Davidson Centre will have a delayed opening to 8:30 a.m. The health club and the walking track will open at this time.

➡️ The pool at the Davidson Centre will open at 9:30 a.m. for Aquafit. 

⛔ The lane swimming schedule for 6:15 a.m. and KDSS practice at 7:15 a.m. are both cancelled.

➡️ 9 a.m. pickleball, 9:30 a.m. cards, and all other activities are planned to resume as scheduled.

Again, we will continue to monitor weather conditions and provide updates about other facilities and programming in the morning.
