In accordance with the Sale and Other Disposition of Land Policy ADMIN.03, Notice is hereby given that Council is disposing of the property identified as Block 14, Plan 3M210, Municipality of Kincardine, Province of Ontario and providing this notice on the basis that the lands are declared surplus to the needs of The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine.

The lands identified above have been declared surplus to current and/or future program or operational requirements of the Municipality.

Written comments regarding the disposition of this property as surplus to the needs of the Municipality may be made to Jennifer Lawrie, Manager of Legislative Services / Clerk, 1475 Concession 5 Rd., R.R. #5, Kincardine, Ontario N2Z 2X6 or by emailing by October 25, 2024.
