Canada Post is currently on strike which affects mail service to and from the Municipality of Kincardine. Residents will still need to make payments on their accounts during this time. Please check our other payment options or visit us at the Municipal Administration Centre to pay in-person.

Private Tree By-Law and Tree Canopy and Natural Vegetation Policy

On May 8th, 2024, the Municipality of Kincardine Council adopted the Private Tree By-Law along with the Tree Canopy and Natural Vegetation Policy.

We’re now working on the development of the processes that will support this new environmental initiative. We’ll be fully putting things in effect on September 1st, 2024.

In the meantime, we’ll have more information coming soon to help you better understand how the Private Tree By-Law along with the Tree Canopy and Natural Vegetation Policy works, affects you, and how it helps to protect and preserve our environment.
