An optional pre-bid meeting will be held at the Davidson Centre at 601 Durham Street, Kincardine, at 1 p.m. EST on March19, 2025. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. See Bidder's Workbook for additional details.

Questions and Deadline:

Questions and requests for changes to this RFP must be submitted through the bidding system.

The Municipality will respond to questions received by 5 p.m. EST on March 21, 2025.

Bids must be fully received by the Municipality's system by 2 p.m. EST on March 25, 2025. Late submissions may not be considered.
