A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Tiverton Sports Centre, 20 McLaren Street in Tiverton, at 11 a.m. EST on November 29, 2023.

Optional Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is strongly encouraged.

Questions and Deadline:

Questions and requests for changes to this Request for Proposal must be submitted through the Bidding System to tenders@kincardine.ca.

The Municipality will respond to questions received by 5 p.m. EST on December 7th, 2023.

Bids must be fully received by the Municipality's system by 2 p.m. EST on December 12th, 2023.
