Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is strongly encouraged, but optional.

Questions and Deadline:

Questions and requests for changes to this Request for Proposal must be submitted through the Bidding System to tenders@kincardine.ca.

The Municipality will respond to questions received by 5 p.m. EST on November 24th, 2023.

Bids must be fully received by the Municipality's system by 2 p.m. EST on November 28th, 2023.
