Pre-Bid Meeting:

A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Kincardine Medical Centre at 1201 Queen Street at 1 p.m. EST on August 7th, 2024.

Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is strongly encouraged.

Questions and Deadline:

The Municipality will respond to inquiries received by 5 p.m. EST on August 16, 2024.

Bids must be fully received by the Municipality's system by 2 p.m. EST on August 20, 2024. Late submissions may not be considered.

Bids must be submitted through the Bidding System.

Contract Award:

The Municipality anticipates that the contract will be awarded in August 2024.

The contract will be in effect until completion of the Work. The Work is expected to be completed by November 30, 2024, unless otherwise extended by the Municipality.
