Pre-Bid Meeting:

An optional pre-bid meeting will be held at the Kincardine Medical Centre at 1201 Queen Street, at 1 p.m. EST on March 27, 2025. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is strongly encouraged.

Questions and Deadline:

Questions and requests for changes to this RFQ must be submitted through the bidding system.

The Municipality will respond to questions received by 5 p.m. EST on March 28, 2025.

Bids must be fully received by the Municipality's system by 2 p.m. EST on April 1, 2025. Late submissions may not be considered.

Bids must be submitted through the Bidding System.

Contract Award:

The Municipality anticipates that the contract will be awarded in April 2025.

Contract Term:

The contract will be in effect until completion of the work. The work is expected to be completed by August 30, 2025, unless otherwise extended by the Municipality.
