Site Visit:

A Site Visit will be held at Tiverton Sports Centre, 20 Mclaren St, Tiverton ON, 1:00 PM EDT on April 10, 2025.

Questions and Deadline:

Questions and requests for changes to this Request for Proposal must be submitted through the Bidding System to tenders@kincardine.ca.

The Municipality will respond to inquiries received by 5:00:00 PM EDT on April 16, 2025.

Bids must be fully received by the Municipality's system by 2 p.m. EDT on April 22, 2025. Late submissions may not be considered.

Bids must be submitted through the Bidding System. 

The Municipality anticipates that the contract will be awarded in May, 2025.
