The work includes approximately:

• 1050 t of Granular A
• 1960 t of Granular B Type II
• 235 t of Hot Mix HL-8
• 205 t of Hot Mix HL-3
• 320 lineal metres of curb and gutter systems
• 260 m² of concrete sidewalks
• 187 lineal metres of storm sewer and appurtenances
• 161 lineal metres of sanitary sewer and appurtenances
• 38 lineal metres of watermain and appurtenances
• Sanitary and water services
• Restoration

as well as other work incidental thereto.

A digital copy of the RFT document may be obtained by registering with the office of the undersigned as of Wednesday, November 1, 2023.

 Each bid must be accompanied by a surety bond, certified cheque, bank draft or irrevocable letter of credit from a financial institution in the amount of 10% of the Bidder’s Total Bid Price.

 Lowest or any bid not necessarily accepted.
