It’s the Labour Day long weekend – the last hurrah for the summer of 2024! Our community events calendar is full of details with what’s happening in the community this weekend including the final Cruise Night of the season and the Kincardine Fall Fair!

The Labour Day holiday does affect some Municipal services:

What’s Open on September 2nd

• Welcome Centre at 707 Queen Street
• Market in the Park from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. in Victoria Park
• Regular curbside waste and recycling collection

What’s Closed on September 2nd

• Municipal Administration Centre at 1475 Concession 5, Kincardine
• Davidson Centre at 601 Durham Street, Kincardine
• Tiverton & District Sports Centre at 20 McLaren Street, Tiverton
• Kincardine Fire and Emergency Services Administration Office at 127 Mahood-Johnston Drive, Kincardine
• Underwood Satellite Office and Bruce Township Community Centre at 1240 Concession 6, Underwood
• Kincardine Waste Management Centre at 437 Sideroad 15, Armow

In the event of an emergency, please call 9-1-1 for Police, Fire, and Emergency Services. Call 1-226-910-1322 ext. 0 for By-Law Enforcement services for the Municipality of Kincardine. South Bruce O.P.P. can be reached at 1-888-310-1122 for non-emergency issues.
