Kincardine Waste Management Centre

The Kincardine Waste Management Centre is located at 437 Sideroad 15, Armow.

Please arrive to either location 15 minutes before closing time for staff to process your transaction. We're open:

Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Saturdays from 8 a.m. – Noon
Closed Statutory Holidays, including Easter Monday & Civic holiday.

Proof of Residency Required

Services at the Kincardine Waste Management Centre are only available to residents and rate payers of the Municipality of Kincardine. Staff are required to deny access to any non-resident/non-taxpayer visiting the landfill if they are unable to provide proof of residency.

Examples of acceptable proof of residency include:

Driver's License with Municipality of Kincardine address
Recent tax bill with Municipality of Kincardine address
Utility bill with Municipality of Kincardine address
Contractors shall be asked to provide proof of origin of materials being disposed of in the form of an invoice, signed agreement, building permit, etc. with their client.

Fees and Charges

Fees are set for the landfill each year in the Consolidated Rates and Fees By-Law, Schedule J.

All vehicles are to report to the scale house when visiting the Kincardine Waste Management Centre for all dumping, including free items.

220 kgs or less with exception for tagged bag garbage and recyclable materials

Drywall $120.00/tonne

Unsorted Waste $250.00/tonne

Brush, Tree Branches per load $120.00/tonne

Stumps $200.00/tonne

*The Municipality reserves the right to limit quantities.
